  • Step 1: Prepare Condensed Milk Before beginning, let’s make our very own homemade condensed milk. Take a heavy and thick bottomed pan and pour in 600 ml of milk in it. Place it over medium heat. Add in 160-170 g of sugar and mix until all the sugar is dissolved completely. When the sides of the milk began to have bubbles, lower the heat to medium-low. Stir continuously to avoid burning while allowing the mixture to reduce. After around 15-20 minutes, you will see the mixture becoming lighter in color and getting thicker. After that, it is safe to remove it from the heat source and allow it to cool – congratulations, you have made your own condensed milk!
  • Step 2: When your condensed milk has become cold, add cocoa powder 100 grams and sift it into the mixture. Beat together thoroughly in order to get rid of the lumps. Then, the remaining 30 g of cocoa powder is incorporated and mixed once again until smooth, thick and appetizing chocolatey texture is attained.
  • Step 3: Prepare a baking sheet by placing some cling film over it. Pour the prepared chocolate mixture on the baking sheet and using an even spatula, spread it out evenly. Place another sheet of cling film over the chocolate. Place the baking sheet in a freezer for forty minutes or until the chocolate is hard when touched.
  • Step 4: Now firmly set chocolate is taken out of the freezer and kept aside. Unwrap the cling film and lightly sprinkle cocoa powder on the upper side for texture and flavor. With the help of a knife chop them into small squares of chocolates. And serve them on a better plate or box them for someone special for gifting purposes.

Sound Ingredients: To achieve the best quality, create confections that are smooth and full of flavor, quality cocoa powder should be used.

Keep It the Same Way: All these factors are crucial, more so that the dry…… condensed milk should be a heavy consistency if one is to obtain a soft or intermediate type of chocolate when it is complete.

Make it Your Own: Chopped nuts, dried fruit, or even a hint of sea salt may be added if desired to enhance… and add some crunch.

Q3: Is it possible to use chocolate covered nuts with such fruits?
Of course, right! Some nuts, oui dried fruits, or even some coconut will work great and can be mixed in dont worry before you freeze the chocolate!
